In our structured coaching programs, a personal coach will work with each lawyer to find the most efficient tactics that fit each practice and personality and to

  • Increase business development results and client retention rate
  • Develop skills and habits which continue to pay off after the program ends
  • Focus limited marketing time and scarce resources on the activities that are most likely to lead to new engagements

Lawyers undertake business development activities that they want to accomplish, within a weekly time commitment they agree to, and with a coach to keep them motivated and focused.
